Shipping costs & types
Germany
For delivery by standard parcel service (GLS) within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 5 incl. VAT for parcels with a weight of 8,75 kg or more per order with an order value of less than EUR 50,00. We deliver free of charge within Germany for orders over EUR 50,00. In the case of orders which, due to their size, cannot be transported by parcel services, the products are delivered by freight forwarder to the curb of the customer's place of delivery. It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself in our warehouse. In the case of self-collection, the customer is responsible for safe transport.
Europe
For deliveries within Europe, the shipping costs are calculated depending on the package weight. Please refer to the table below for prices. In the case of orders which, due to their size, cannot be transported by parcel services, the products are delivered by freight forwarder to the curb of the customer's place of delivery.
rest of the world
The shipping costs for countries that were not mentioned, we will send the customer in advance as an offer. Shipping price varies based on size, weight and distance. Please note that when shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Canada), import taxes and customs duties may apply to the recipient.
Order status
If your order status changes, we will inform you by email. So you always know the status of your order. This also includes notifying you when your order will be dispatched by us.
Delivery Times
Our stock is very extensive. The goods leave our premises after receipt of payment. Since we unfortunately cannot stock all items in sufficient quantities, we need 7-10 working days for the delivery of non-common items. In such a case, we will contact you immediately. For special orders you will receive an approximate delivery time. However, you will be informed of the status by e-mail in the event of delays.
